Front Desk Attendant
As a Front Desk Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Warmly welcoming guests.
- Answering phone calls and providing accurate information about the campground's services, rates, and activities.
- Efficiently handling guest check-ins and check-outs in a friendly manner.
- Managing reservations, including changes and cancellations, using our computerized system.
- Providing information about nearby activities.
Maintenance Worker
As a Maintenance Worker at our campground, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper functioning of our facilities.
- Conduct regular rounds to inspect and maintain equipment, infrastructure, and common areas, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
- Respond promptly to repair requests reported by guests or staff, ensuring issues are resolved effectively.
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance work without disrupting the campers' experience.
Housekeeping Attendant
As a member of our housekeeping team, you will play an essential role in creating a clean and welcoming environment.
- Perform regular cleaning of common areas, restrooms, and facilities, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.
- Collaborate with other staff members to coordinate the cleaning of accommodations, recreational areas, and dining spaces.
- Use cleaning products and equipment effectively while adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
